PAYMENTS

Rigwell is pleased to announce that all orders can now be placed and paid for directly on our website for your convenience. This streamlined process not only enhances your shopping experience but also ensures safer credit card processing. If you require a quote prior to purchasing, please reaching out support@rigwell.com with the details of your request. 

RETURNS

Your satisfaction with our products is our number one priority. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date for *qualifying products. For a return to be eligible, the products must be in new condition, unassembled, unopened and must be returned to our facility in the same condition. Please note that parts that have been used or installed are not eligible for return. Decisions regarding returns and identifying errors or defects are at the sole discretion of Rigwell. If a mistake or manufacturing defect is confirmed, Rigwell will cover the return shipping costs.


Returns are not accepted for discounted, custom or items that are sold as blemish items. Products that have been drilled or modified, including items like bed systems, kitchen galleys, upper cabinets, are not eligible for returns.


Returns for reasons beyond manufacturing defects are solely at the discretion of Rigwell. If a return is authorized, packaging, insurance, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the product at Rigwell HQ in like-new condition and free from damage. For return authorization, please email support@rigwell.com before shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.


Rigwell is not responsible for stolen or lost packages marked as delivered or signed for, but will make efforts to collaborate with customers and the shipper to locate packages.


Rigwell reserves the right to make minor changes and updates to designs as needed, so the products depicted in images may not be identical to the current items.

All Rigwrap orders are considered final once payment is received. Rigwrap’s are made custom for each order and are specific to the customers vehicle and color choices. For this reason we can not resell them and do not offer refunds. Additionally all custom products are considered final sale. All discounted products are also considered final sale and no returns are accepted. 





CANCELED ORDERS 

Our primary goal is customer satisfaction, and we strive to ensure that all customers are pleased with their purchases. However, it's important to note that in the event of a canceled order, we can cancel any order that has not entered production but there will be a 15% cancelation fee. If an order has entered production, we are able to cancel the order but we will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the order cost. We will not cancel orders that have been shipped or that have custom design work.

WARRANTY

Rigwell stands firmly behind the quality of our products. Rigwell provides a Limited 1 Year Warranty on both parts and workmanship for the original purchaser of the product. This warranty specifically covers products manufactured by Rigwell. It's important to note that Rigwell does not warrant or assume any liability for installation errors, normal wear and tear, etc.


For third-party products sold by Rigwell or on Rigwell's website, the warranty responsibility lies with the respective manufacturer. Customers are advised to directly contact those companies for any warranty-related concerns.


Warranty claims will be addressed by either correcting the issue, replacing with similar parts (subject to availability) or providing current version parts. If a product is discontinued, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve any issues. In cases where the item cannot be fixed, is subject to replacement, and the product is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

Cosmetic Damage - Rigwell is dedicated to ensuring that our products arrive in excellent condition. While we take great care in packaging, occasional scratches and damage may occur during shipping. In such instances, the resolution is at the discretion of our customer service team. 


The responsibility for return shipping rests with the customer. Returns and warranties are determined solely by Rigwell.

SHIPPING

Rigwell offers free shipping to the lower 48 states only. Free shipping covers ground shipping charges but will not cover expedited shipping. If you need your package expedited please reach out to support@rigwell.com for a quote before placing your order.


Any orders placed outside of the 48 states will be charged shipping after the order is placed and correct shipping charges are calculated. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will involve an additional charge. It's important to be aware that all shipping charges are provided as good faith estimates, and for certain items shipped to remote locations, additional shipping charges may apply. Customers are responsible for covering these additional charges, or the order may be subject to cancellation.
