Your satisfaction with our products is our number one priority. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date for *qualifying products. For a return to be eligible, the products must be in new condition and must be returned to our facility in the same condition. Please note that parts that have been used or installed are not eligible for return. Decisions regarding returns and identifying errors or defects are at the sole discretion of Rigwell. If a mistake or manufacturing defect is confirmed, Rigwell will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns are not accepted for discounted, or items that are sold as blemish items . Products that have been drilled or modified, including items like bed systems, kitchen galleys, upper cabinets, are not eligible for returns.
Returns for reasons beyond manufacturing defects are solely at the discretion of Rigwell. If a return is authorized, packaging, insurance, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the product at Rigwell HQ in like-new condition and free from damage. For return authorization, please email support@rigwell.com before shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Rigwell is not responsible for stolen or lost packages marked as delivered or signed for, but will make efforts to collaborate with customers and the shipper to locate packages.
Rigwell reserves the right to make minor changes and updates to designs as needed, so the products depicted in images may not be identical to the current items.

All Rigwrap orders are considered final once payment is received. Rigwrap’s are made custom for each order and are specific to the customers vehicle and color choices. For this reason we can not resell them and do not offer refunds.
